Notary services in Phoenix
We arrange notarization through our partner notaries public: for your own documents, and for translations an office asks to have notarized.
What our partner notaries notarize
- Affidavits and sworn statements
- Powers of attorney
- Consent letters, including travel consent for minors
- Contracts and business documents
- Translations, when an office asks for a notarized translation
- Other documents that need a notary’s acknowledgment or oath
What to bring
- A valid photo ID: a driver’s license, passport or state ID
- Your document, not signed yet: in most cases you sign in front of the notary
- Everyone who needs to sign
Call or send us a message first, so we can arrange a time with one of our partner notaries.
What a notary does, and doesn’t
A notary public confirms who signed a document and, for a sworn statement, gives the oath. A notary doesn’t prepare legal documents or give legal advice.
